The feature enables the owner to set their total campsite occupancy limit – whether for legal reasons, such as fire safety, or operational reasons, such as catering capacity.
When a new reservation is in progress, the system interrogates all booking data to calculate the current campsite occupancy on each of the days being requested. If the new enquiry doesn’t break the limit set, then the booking is accepted.
