Plans for the Glamping Show have been approved at meeting of the Scientific Advisory Group
The meeting, which included representatives from public health, trading standards and senior officers from licencing and health & safety reviewed the plans and safety precautions for the show and have given approval for The Glamping Show to proceed.
Karen Cooke, Director of Swan Events commented, “A huge amount of work has been put into the preparations for the show and we were always confident that we had gone over and above any requirements set for us to run the event. However, we understand people concerns and are so pleased that the Authorities have put this final stamp of approval on our going ahead and hope that this gives our visitors and exhibitors the confidence to attend and more importantly enjoy the show.”
The Glamping Show Team have taken advice from the widest available sources in putting together the safety precautions. The Glamping Show will implement the “All Secure Standard” which has been compiled by event industry trade associations and approved by the DCMS.
