Digital guidebook platform Touch Stay has launched a guest welcome book template specifically for glampsites.

The template is designed to give glamping operators and glampsite managers an industry-specific and glamping-relevant format to enhance guest communication, experience and advocacy.

Long established in the short term rental industry for providing digital guest welcome book software, Touch Stay has worked with glampsite owners and guests to adapt the core functionality to their needs and those of their guests. Digital guidebooks replace printed manuals with an eco-friendly alternative that’s quick and easy to update, share, and check anywhere, anytime.

Touch Stay

The glamping template automatically includes categories for operators to showcase their sites best features, natural surroundings, amenities, experiences, add-ons, and local area information as well as safety information and site rules.

The template can be launched as a live guidebook in as little as 15 minutes to share essential information with guests in a format they will happily consume. The template can be edited and enhanced at any time, even on a mobile device.

Andy McNulty, CEO and co-founder of Touch Stay, says: “It was a no-brainer to create a glamping template. We discovered glamping operators creating guidebooks from our original short term rental guidebook template and then asking questions about the best ways to incorporate glamping-specific content. It’s been a treat to watch the likes of Devon Dens, Petruth Paddock, and Kits Coty Glamping share their guest guidebooks and see what exceptional guest-centric ideas they’ve incorporated.”

Touch Stay provides a platform for owners and operators to house both practical information and recommendations for guests in an organised and visually appealing manner. With this information entered into the platform and customised to the business’ branding, it is transformed into beautifully presented digital guidebook for the guest view. These look and feel like an app when used on a smartphone and then even work offline – perfect for those off-grid glampgrounds.
