Chuck Gordon, CEO of Storable, expressed excitement about welcoming Newbook to the Storable family and expanding into their third vertical. The acquisition aims to extend these benefits to RV park and campground operators, enhancing service delivery. Leveraging Newbook’s established presence in the US, Australia, and other countries, Storable intends to make substantial investments to enhance customer experiences and foster innovation.

The acquisition combines Storable’s market presence and support network with Newbook’s technology, specifically enhancing offerings for RV park and campground operators. Integration of Storable’s all-in-one platform promises streamlined operations for operators, boosting efficiency and satisfaction for both operators and customers.

“Joining forces with Storable opens an exciting chapter for Newbook, enabling us to leverage their proven success to propel our solutions to new heights,” said Shaun Cornelius, CEO of Newbook.

“Together, we are committed to driving technological advancements that deliver real value and elevate the operational efficiencies of our customers and their guests.”

The unified strength of Storable and Newbook will fuel the development of comprehensive and innovative solutions, meeting and exceeding the evolving needs of customers, according to the release.

The acquisition, finalized on May 1, sees Newbook operating as a division of Storable with its management team intact. Existing customers of both companies can expect uninterrupted services and support.
