Fewer than 20 spaces remain for the highly anticipated Redefining Outdoor Hospitality networking reception and dinner, set to take place at the Chesworth Grange Hotel in Kenilworth on 18 September, starting at 6:00 PM.
This exclusive event offers a unique opportunity to connect with some of the brightest minds in the outdoor hospitality industry and learn more about the newly launched trade association, The Glamping Industries Trade Association (GITAUK).
The evening will feature a welcome address from Derry Green, Founder of Secret Garden Glamping and the newly appointed President of GITAUK. Attendees will have the chance to hear firsthand from Derry about his vision for the future of the glamping industry and the role GITAUK will play in shaping it.
Also in attendance will be Sirus Keane of AvantGlamp, the innovative new glamping development currently under construction at Birmingham’s NEC. Kerry Roy, Founder of Cerchio del Desiderio and star of Channel 4’s New Life in the Sun, will also be making a special appearance, flying in from Italy for the event.
“I want to find out more about the new association and meet more of my peers in the industry. Sometimes this can be a solitary profession, and it’s great to speak to others and see what they are doing and how they are finding business,” Kerry shared.
The event promises to bring together a ‘who’s who’ of the glamping world, including Sarah Orchard, marketing expert and Founder of Hudnalls Hideout, and Sarah Riley, Founder of Inspired Courses.
Steph Curtis-Raleigh, Publisher of International Glamping Business, who is also organizing the event, noted, “We do have some space available, but this is shaping up to be an exclusive evening of networking for the UK sector, with some overseas guests making the journey to join us too.
She continued, “It’s a pivotal time for the UK—brands are emerging, an association has finally been launched, and memberships are being taken. Now more than ever, it is time to work together as an industry.”
In addition to the networking opportunities, the evening will serve as a celebration of the 10th anniversary of International Glamping Business and the forthcoming Glamping Show, which will take place just down the road in the days following the event.
