We launched our beloved Glamping business, The Moon & I this Spring and have been hand-building it with love and passion since. My husband and I moved in 2015 from our immaculately finished little home in Kent with our one year old daughter to the wilds and wonders of the Herefordshire countryside. We fell in love with The Plough, a 460 year old half timbered cider house and its 4 acres of woodland, bramble and briar.
We have welcomed our second daughter to the family and now live happily with our two mad old cats, 6 free range chickens and our free range girls Eira and Seren. We launched The Moon & I on Air BnB and have gained super host status with over 45, 5 star reviews. We have also just been accepted into the Alister Sawday, Canopy & Stars collective – which are super proud of.
My husband Reuben built our shepherds hut from scratch! And we are now planning to launch a second business called ‘hut life’, building bespoke shepherds huts & unique, vintage & creative decor for them.
We adore what we do, and taking the leap of faith to give up our safe home & follow our dreams was the best thing we ever did. We pride ourselves on paying absolutely attention to the exquisite details, creativity and heart felt LOVE involved in making your stay memorable – we adore conjuring the magic to make your memories magnificent!
